Apart from a scary moment in the tent one night when the kids were off to bed (Moses had a wasp climb up his arm, onto his shoulder and then onto his ear, after which the wasp went to the big waspland in the sky care of Annie's thongs), we had another exciting time watching and studying the insect and animal world around us. Moses renamed one species to the "golden orp" which we decided was a far better name for the large spider pictured below as it was huge ~ 45 mms abdomen ~ out of this world, maybe comes from the World according to Garp!
